Registered Great Pyrenees pups for Family Farms or Family Companions.

We have been the premier breeder of registered Great Pyrenees as working livestock guardians since 1969. With more than five generations of OFA certified hips, we also test for other relevant genetic defects and can warrent sound, healthy pups. Purchase price includes up to date vaccinations, microchip, AKC registration and neutering. At eight weeks of age, each pup had a complete veterinary examination and all were found in good health. We remain available for the life of the dog for help and advice and have many satisfied customers who return for their second or third working dog.
Born in the house, they are handled from birth to assure their ability to bond with humans. Moved to the barn as soon as their maturity and the weather allow, they learn proper behavior around livestock, taught by their mother and a very dog-savvy flock of goats. This orientation period allows for a quick adaptation to livestock in their new homes.
There are two started 7-month old pups, one male, one female, both neutered and available now. Visitors are welcome by appointment. This is a working horse ranch so we prefer to schedule your visits for a mutually convenient time.

Elf is very attentive to his goats but also enjoys the attention of his humans. He is at a good age to make a transition to a new flock and home. He is already neutered, microchipped and up to date on all vaccinations. His price is $1500.
